Brett McMahon | Under Story  

Under Story is a body of work that has grown out of my discovery and exploration of the diverse and evocative bushland of the Bouddi National Park, Darkinjung Country, the Central Coast of New South Wales.

The twisted, intersecting tree forms and the puzzle patchwork of the windswept heath vegetation provide the subject matter for paintings, drawings and sculptural forms that amplify and abstract the experience of walking and working in this richly rewarding landscape.
