Empowering individuals impacted by mental illness to share their journeys of hope, recovery, and personal growth through art.

The exhibition engages the community in a better understanding of mental health and will be showcasing artworks at the Community Gallery at Gosford Regional Gallery.

This year's theme is: Taking Steps on Your Wellbeing Journey,” is all about celebrating steps that we take towards improving our mental health and wellbeing.
