Rose lives in Saratoga and has been painting the beauty of the Central coast for 35 years. She expresses her love of the Central Coast through her watercolour paintings which are inspired by the tranquility and magnificent scenerey of local beaches and waterways, national parks and rural farmlands. Rose ia a member of the Central Coast Art Society Plein Air painting group and describes herself as a traditional artist with watercolours her preferered medium. She is largely self-taught, gaining her knowledge from attending workshops in all mediums believing there is always something new to learn and add to her skills.
